HR Connect 2025: brings customers, partners, and prospects together to showcase great customer stories, innovations and provide our partner ecosystem with a platform to demonstrate how we can make every customer a success story.

Payroll transformations are often slowed down by complexity and struggle to achieve ROI. Expert Chris Kirby discussed how simple changes at the right time can supercharge your payroll outcomes. Chris’ optimisation framework splits payroll transformation into chronological stages, that discussed:

  • How should your operating model be set up to support transformation requirements at each stage?
  • What are the exact business requirements, what skills are needed to deliver them?
  • How to get buy in from key stakeholders and deliver ROI
  • How to select the right technologies to support through pinch points
