We’re winners! LACE wins a Lotus Award

We are delighted to announce that we’ve won another award that recognises our fantastic team. We are now the proud holders of a brand-new Lotus Award for our Culture. This follows our selection as finalists in the Happiest Team category at the Laughology Awards at the end of 2017.

The Lotus Awards are a unique concept recognising great workplaces by celebrating what makes them unique. This year saw nearly 300 entries for Culture and Sustainability and we are delighted to be amongst the winners for 2018.

Co-Founder and COO, Cathy Acratopulo, and one of our Senior Associates, Karen Dempster, collected our trophy and attended The Lotus Awards celebration on Thursday 21 June.

We are absolutely delighted that LACE has been recognised in this years’ Lotus Awards. We work hard to make LACE a great place to work.

Cathy said: “We are absolutely delighted that LACE has been recognised in this years’ Lotus Awards. We work hard to make LACE a great place to work. This is important recognition for the team who all work hard to build and live our culture every day.”

Said James Murphy, Founder of The Lotus Awards, “The diversity and quality of the winners is the reason why we started the Lotus Awards, it’s great to see so many organisations constantly striving to improve, hopefully The Lotus Awards provides a platform to inspire other organisations.”

At LACE, from our newest intern to our CEO, we make sure everyone has a voice that’s valued and heard. We’re committed to ensuring that all LACErs (what we call people who work with LACE) know that someone cares about them at work, and we’ve created a supportive atmosphere that makes our team feel like a family. We also love to let our hair down, celebrating milestones and our hard work as we go.
