What are the ten traits of a successful People function?

In our latest 60 seconds video, we talk to Debbie from our team about a framework we have put together that identifies the top traits that we have observed from the best performing People functions. We’ve got ten traits in total and the video below explains what the framework is and why you should be looking at how many of the traits your team demonstrates.

We have also produced a blog which links to some of the points listed in the ten traits framework, which you can read here. This was following an article that we commented on in relation to the plight of the middle manager, in which observing and acting on some of our findings within the ten traits framework can be used to drive success within your function.

If you’re interested in speaking to us about how we can help you with your people strategy, you can fill in the below form and get in touch. You can also find out more on how to define your people strategy and what we can do to help on our website here.

Other interesting resources that you might find relevant to our ten traits framework can be on our insights page, including a blog following an event we ran on whether benchmarking is a friend of foe, or a podcast we produced last year on benchmarking, featuring Cathy and Chris Howard from our team.
