Jo Funnell – Manager

Jo FunnellJo’s role is all about balancing client work with internal practice development. “I love making a difference—whether it’s coordinating a project, adding value for our clients, or mentoring our analysts.” From daily stand-ups to strategic planning, Jo ensures every part of a project runs smoothly.

She reflects on how her role has evolved over time, gaining more leadership responsibilities while continuing to collaborate with clients and colleagues. “One of the best things about LACE is that we’re always learning—every project brings new challenges and opportunities.” For Jo, the variety in her role is what keeps things exciting.

Ridwan Gbolagade – Senior Consultant

Ridwan Gbolagade
Working as an intermediary between clients and technology partners, Ridwan enjoys problem-solving and delivering impactful solutions. “We take client requirements and turn them into a story—guiding them from challenges to well-structured solutions.” His role is a mix of stakeholder management, system implementation, and delivering high-quality work that makes a real impact.

He shares how his journey at LACE has helped him develop not only technical expertise but also strong consulting and leadership skills. “It’s all about working collaboratively. We’re trusted to take ownership of projects, and that’s really helped me grow in my role.”

Natalie Berkoff – Analyst

Natalie Berkoff
As part of LACE’s graduate programme, Natalie has gained hands-on experience in client projects while also supporting DEI and CSR initiatives. “We’re not just here to do the work—we’re making LACE a more diverse and inclusive place to be.”

Natalie reflects on her experience when she first joined as an analyst, sharing how she quickly found herself immersed in client work. “From day one, I was trusted to contribute to real projects. It was a steep learning curve, but I was surrounded by such a supportive team.” She recalls how structured onboarding sessions helped her gain confidence, while mentoring from colleagues made her transition smoother. Over time, she has taken on more responsibility, working across different projects and making an impact not just in client work, but in shaping LACE’s internal culture too.
