Chris Horton

Chris Horton | Director, LACE Partners

Chris joined LACE Partners in April 2021 as a director. He previously worked in both industry (Vodafone, Visa Europe, BP) and management consulting (Accenture). His experience brings together his two passions – people and technology, and how to get the best out of both. He has experience implementing Workday, SAP On –premise, and SuccessFactors and with setting up Shared Services, HR Operating Model, building better Employee Experience and improving decision making through Analytics.

Joanna Murphy

Joanna Murphy | President HCM EMEA at Rizing

Joanna is the leader of Rizing’s HCM UK & Ireland operations. She has nearly 20 years of experience in HCM, working initially in HR in large multinational organisations before making the move to cloud-based HCM. She has invaluable experience working with project teams to achieve project objectives and ensure employee engagement. She has worked with clients such as Great West Life Europe, Allied Irish Bank, Carlsberg, McLaren and Novo Nordisk.

Sian Beacham

Sian Beacham | Client Executive Director, LACE Partners

Sian is an HR Transformation specialist and global programme director with over 25 years of experience. Before Sian joined LACE as an Executive Director in May 2022, she worked at Accenture and IBM and has held a number of senior client-side programme director roles at large global organisations. Sian has delivery execution experience across the full HR scope and lifecycle from strategy and design through to delivery, adoption and business case realisation.

Rob Mooney | Head of SAP SuccessFactors – UK and Ireland

Rob spent the last 12 years in the HR technology sector, enabling businesses to transform and drive change across their organisations. Rob and his team proudly work with many of the largest British companies and well-known brands worldwide. Aaron Alburey | Founder of LACE Partners

Aaron is Managing Director and co-founder of LACE Partners, the specialist HR and People transformation consultancy. Prior to founding LACE, Aaron held Partner positions at Deloitte and Accenture where he became known for his ability in delivering and executing complex business change and HR and Payroll projects for global cross industry clients. Passionate about the power of HR to influence business performance and productivity, Aaron is a regular writer and speaker at events on the topic.
