Tricia Conway joined LACE Partners in June 2024 after working at PwC, specialising in Global Payroll Strategy and Operating Models for clients across various sectors. She has also held pre-sales, commercial and product marketing roles at a Tier 1 UK Payroll Software provider. Tricia has also delivered on implementation projects for Payroll, HR, T&A and benefits.
