Evolve Beyond Borders

This event – hosted by Neeyamo and supported by LACE – brings together a global audience of payroll and HR professionals to exchange ideas (both in person and online in a hybrid event format), share best practice and set the tone for the year ahead. It will discuss the future of work, the borderless workforce, as well as looking at the important role that HR technology can play in driving forward productivity.

The event will look at answering two overarching questions:

  1. Why global work? What are businesses looking at when it comes to their borderless workforce? How are organisations going to deliver their objectives with global workforces that are a blend of local and remote employees?
  2. How global payroll? How can a ‘technology-first’ approach to payroll processing challenges help to deliver on businesses objectives? How can a simple, scalable and fully-integrated payroll solution be delivered on a global scale?
