How relevant are the ‘One Big Thing’ themes in the digital adoption market?

Late in 2022 our team interviewed 30 CPOs from a variety of industries to determine what the “One Big Thing” keeping them up at night was. A lot has happened in the last three months and at the close of our campaign we were interested in getting a tech vendor’s perspective on our research.

In this podcast our host Chris teams up with Chris Horton to speak with David Carling, a solutions consultant at Applearn, to comment on how well our research assumptions match what they are seeing in the market and with their clients. AppLearn is a digital adoption technology which means they provide support for organisations trying to engage their employees and get the most out of their existing tech stack.

We asked David:

  • How well the top three priorities; talent, hybrid working, EVP, match what he is seeing in the market
  • What Applearn would say are their clients ‘one big thing’ is
  • Which trends they are seeing in digital transformation and productivity?
  • With the proliferation of so many systems and apps for employees, how do you get the best digital adoption?
  • What are the key challenges to digital adoption in 2023
