LACE Partners and ENGAGE are forging a powerful partnership to elevate employee experience and engagement for their clients. Together, they aim to address EX challenges arising in the post pandemic era, such us:

  • How can you ensure people engagement in a hybrid world?

As part of this partnership, LACE and ENGAGE will be working together to develop advanced analytical approaches to empower Chief People Officers (CPOs) in leveraging data for enhanced engagement and employee experience, both top-down and bottom-up.

This partnership will enable HR teams to take full advantage of the joint resources of both LACE and ENGAGE when building out their people strategies and initiatives.

About ENGAGE

ENGAGE helps organisations drive their business performance through the performance of their people. By redefining the meaning of ‘employee engagement’, we can help our clients make better, more informed decisions across the entire employee experience and consequently maximise their ROI.

Though our approach is tailored for each client’s specific needs, at the heart of our process is the gathering and analysis of data across the entire employee experience which can then provide a more holistic picture of what is driving the organisation’s performance. This “Analysis in 4D” allows us to go way beyond simple reporting and instead develop strategies and predict outcomes that can have a hugely positive effect on the organisation. We help clients understand the econometrics of engagement. To ensure engagement stems from the top, we provide diagnostic-led, tailored development and coaching for leaders and their teams. Our purpose is to ensure that there is a clear and shared vision that can be driven more effectively further through the business.

ENGAGE can provide, through its unique blend of strategists and advisors, coaches, researchers and analysts, a bespoke client-centric approach that elevates employee engagement to its rightful place – no longer a simple activity but a fully-fledged ambition.
