At LACE we’re proud of our people and when they are recognised for the hard work they put in we like to shout about it. That’s why we’re delighted that our very own Simon Puryer has been recognised in the Reward 300 list for 2023.
The list, made up of influential industry thinkers in the reward space, is compiled by Reward Strategy (an online news and information service for the UK’s payroll, reward, pensions, benefits and HR sectors) and is announced each year in June.
Speaking on the confirmation of his place in the Reward 300, Simon said “It’s a huge honour to be recognised in the Reward 300 list again this year. I have featured since 2016 and I see it as real recognition for the work I have delivered within the Payroll community over the years. It’s also flattering to be featured alongside some hugely talented individuals who provide such value and insight within the Payroll arena.”
Simon joined LACE Partners earlier in 2023 and talking on him joining the LACE family as well as this award, Aaron Alburey, Managing Director and Co-Founder, said “Simon is one of the industries leading thinkers and this recognition is testament to the impact he has on the sector. As somebody who is helping to drive our payroll consultancy forward for the rest of this year and beyond, it is great that we have a team of critical thinkers who deliver value to our customers, but also provide thought leadership and influence in such an important business function.
