For over two decades, the CPD-accredited Reward & Payroll Summit has been the essential conference for senior payroll leaders, delivering specialised insights and strategies to navigate modern payroll complexities. The summit equips payroll professionals with the skills necessary to effectively collaborate with CFOs, ensuring that their payroll strategies meet regulatory compliance, enhance efficiency, and support broader organisational objectives.

Simon Puryer, Executive Director and Head of Payroll at LACE Partners, shared practical strategies to help you make a stronger, more persuasive case for payroll investment, whether you’re seeking new technology, additional headcount, or improved processes.

Discover how to frame your request in a way that speaks the language of stakeholders, understand the essential elements of a compelling value case, and hear how one organisation successfully secured investment by applying these principles in practice.
