With an extensive background in Consulting, Simon has delivered significant Payroll software implementation programmes within multiple clients whilst also helping businesses maximise their existing Payroll set-up. Simon has hosted a number of round table discussions and is a regular speaker and host of Payroll transformation webinars. He has also been awarded “Rewards 300” since 2016 – one of the Top 50 Knowledge & Professional Services Leaders in Payroll.
Nick Prangnell, SVP Global Business Services, Smith + Nephew
Since 2000, Nick’s been at the forefront of shared services; designing, building and leading Global Business Services (GBS) and Finance Shared Services.
