This was a skills strategy workshop, in partnership with the team at Workday.
On Wednesday 20th November we ran an interactive session at the LACE Partners offices which aimed to arm senior talent and people professionals with the tools they need to understand how they can leverage skills to boost business success.

This interactive session was tailored to anyone, whether they’re at the beginning of their skills journey or looking to understand how to get the results they wanted from their current set up.
This session provided a clear idea of the different skills approaches and the contexts they work best in. It also covered how to identify and prioritise skills gaps within your organisation and how to use this information to create a robust talent and skills strategy for FY2025 and beyond.

Pavan Bilkhoo is a Director at LACE Partners, a leading HR transformation consultancy, and has 15 years of experience in people related transformation programmes. With a wealth of experience in helping organisations reshape their HR strategies, Pavan is dedicated to enabling businesses to better attract, develop, and retain talent in an increasingly competitive market.
Richard Doherty is Senior Director Product Marketing at Workday with EMEA-wide responsibilities for Workday’s HCM applications. Prior to joining Workday, Richard was part of a team that pioneered cloud based recruiting and talent management solutions in Europe. Richard spent time at Taleo and Oracle as HCM Strategy Director before joining Workday in 2015.
