The AI shift: Redefining the future of work and payroll

In partnership with our friends at Neeyamo, we co-hosted this two-part series which also featured Fosway Group (Part one) looking at the The AI Shift – an exclusive webinar two-part series exploring how artificial intelligence is changing the way we work and pay.

Payroll is evolving from transactional processes into intelligent, AI-driven systems. This session explored how organisations are adopting AI to enhance accuracy, compliance, and operational efficiency while improving employee experience. Speakers will discuss emerging trends, challenges to overcome, and best practices that are shaping next-generation payroll.

As part of the discussion, Neeyamo will contribute a perspective grounded in real-world use cases, showcasing how ARIA, its Adaptive Real-time Intelligent Assistant, enables natural employee interactions, guided workflows, and real-time responsiveness – building the path toward autonomous global payroll.

In Part two, we’ll be talking to the team at Neeyamo about Shifting Gears – From Payroll to P’ai’roll and delving in to how the evolution of the Payroll function can be underpinned through the lens of AI and automation.

Over the course of both webinars we’ll be discussing:

  • What is evolving: The shift from manual payroll processes to predictive, AI-enabled systems that anticipate needs and enhance efficiency.
  • Strategic drivers: Achieving accuracy, compliance, operational efficiency, and improved employee engagement through intelligent automation.
  • Frameworks for success: Designing AI-enabled payroll operating models and governance to address global complexity.
  • Technology enablers: Automation, anomaly detection, predictive analytics, employee self-service enhancements, and seamless system integrations.
  • Challenges and considerations: Addressing data quality, ethical AI adoption, change management, and stakeholder alignment.
  • Shared perspectives: Expert insights and research findings on how organizations are embracing AI to transform payroll operations.
