What are the biggest challenges faced by People Analytics professionals? With Céline Ingenegeren

In the first of our mini series of video interviews focused on some of the findings from our Market pulse check: Seven common themes in people analytics, Céline Ingenegeren, Global People Analytics Consultancy Lead at ING, talks to Julian Holmes from our team about three of the key parts of the whitepaper:

  1. Engaging stakeholders
  2. Tech infrastructure
  3. Compliance and ethics

In this short 20 minute interview Celine and Julian delve into detail on these areas, looking at aspect such as how you can get analytics embedded across not just the broader HR function, but how do you deliver it across the business as well. In addition, both Celine gives her insight and experience on how you go about assessing your tech infrastructure; how do you build out your data and how do you actually use it to demonstrate value to the business? Finally, Julian and Celine touch on the importance of getting the compliance and ethical side of people data and analytics right, with a particular focus on privacy and legal issues that could arise for businesses handling large amounts of people data.
