What is the future of recruitment? Could it be the talent marketplace?

What is the future of recruitment? The talent marketplace connects and matches people with job opportunities, it’s enabled by people and technology. Rather than a single place or system they need to use it’s more of an approach to talent management. The talent marketplace consists of two sides the supply side which contains workers looking for vacancies and the opportunity side which is full of open job roles. That is the basic structure of the talent marketplace.

Chris and Chris Horton speak to Dan Whitehead, Co-Founder of Diverse Talent Networks, about the talent marketplace. Diverse Talent Networks is a strategic talent solution that makes it easier for leaders to get to know and meet a broader range of diverse talent. They build and maintain diverse talent networks with leaders and employers committed to taking meaningful action on Diversity. Listen now as they ask what are the benefits of using a talent marketplace for both the recruiter and candidate? What does it look like when it’s done well?
