Workday Rising EMEA is Workday’s annual European customer conference. 2025 focused on AI innovation and the digital transformation of HR, Finance, and IT. Discover how organisations are empowering people, driving growth and transforming with purpose.

This conference contained:

  • Keynotes from Workday leaders and special guests that detail the company’s product strategy, vision, and how they are leading the AI revolution across critical functional areas.
  • A wide range of sessions, including product demos and deep dives into new features and leading practices within the Workday platform.

Meet the speakers:

Kayley Gaylor

Kayley joined LACE Partners in 2021 as a senior manager. Kayley’s background is 15 years’ experience in improving the HR function to provide a more value add service to the business, through cost reduction, increased efficiencies, service delivery models, data, technology and process standardisation. Recently Kayley has been focusing on leading HR Tech recovery programs especially after a challenging implementation, including: governance and change frameworks, HR & IT scope split, process design, data management, structure design, people and skills, HRIS support model, tenant management, relationships with the service providers, user adoption, Tech roadmap and the journey to self-sufficiency.

Sian Beacham

Sian is an HR Transformation specialist and global programme director with over 25 years of experience. Sian’s passions are the upfront definition and structuring of the approach to transformation, including all the critical ‘readiness’ work to ensure a Tx journey is successful and how to build an engaged, collaborative and productive team.
