Last year we released our HR’s ‘one big thing‘ report, which looked at what the biggest strategic issues are for Chief People Officer’s (CPOs) and, following a campaign in which we’ve looked in detail at the ‘top three’ key issues that CPOs said were keeping them up at night (talent attraction and retention, hybrid working and employee value proposition) – which you can see more of on our Insights page – some of the LACE team took some time to reflect on the campaign, what we’ve seen when speaking to our clients about these issues, as well as whether these key themes from last year still resonate today, as well as if the top priorities of CPOs will change much in the next 12 to 18 months.
