In our third ‘fireside chat video, Chris, Tim, Alice and Chris take some time to reflect on the second highest ranked ‘one big thing’ i.e. strategic issue that Chief People Officers (CPOs) are thinking that they would love to be able to fix if they could. Hybrid working was seen by the CPOs we interviewed as part of our ‘one big thing’ research last year and the team discuss whether that would still be a strong factor for consideration in to 2023 and what businesses that we speak to are considering when it comes to hybrid working.
